After my son was born I lost a bunch of hair - apparently a pretty common thing - but it means that my hair is a bunch of different lengths as it grows back in, and I just haven't been able to make it do what it usually does, and as a result felt kind of disheveled more often than I'd like to admit. The fabrics have a lot of body too which adds a little poof on top. I wear them down on the middle of my forehead so the new size reaches to the back nicely.
